    I had a wonderful experience at Crystalbrook Bailey. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel atmosphere felt upscale, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the high-tech features in my room, such as modern lighting controls and USB ports by the bed, although a more updated charger option would have been nice. The gym, pool, and restaurant facilities were excellent, and the free Wi-Fi was a big plus for staying connected during my trip.

    Brand-new hotel in a particularly good area of Cairns. The staff were very helpful and helped with private parking. Good food, scrambled eggs and bacon. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Rusty's Markets. Excellent service throughout. Everything modern. Exceptional overall experience.

    The rain shower in the stunning bathroom was a highlight, and the cleanliness of our room was really good. We loved the comfy beds, the large windows with blackout curtains, and the convenience of being a short stroll away from beautiful bars and restaurants.

    Spent three wonderful nights in a spacious Beautiful King Room. The staff were accommodating, quickly relocating us due to minor room issues. The onsite dining options satisfied our cravings, especially the breakfast that kickstarted our adventures.

    The location was fantastic, close to attractions like the Cairns Aquarium and Muddy's Playground. Our room was modern with adjustable lighting and an very nice view. Despite some housekeeping issues, the friendly staff and amazing breakfast made our stay enjoyable.

    The Beautiful King Room was super modern and had a huge walk-in rain shower. Loved chilling by the rooftop pool, and they had a fitness center too. It's a 10 min walk to the Esplanade with yummy restaurants all around. Staff were pretty good, even helped with tech stuff. Clean and cozy!
